Welcome!

So here we are, the first blog post of the Blueburst Plus subscription page. What to say? Hmmm….

Well, first off, why are we doing a subscription page? Well, we had a revelation recently that we were going to have to embrace the fact that musicians in 2024 need to also be “content creators” to some degree in order to fund our music. But I personally don’t think anyone wants to see hourly posts from me about what I had for breakfast. (”Hey everyone, check it out! I’m at Waffle House and I just got a Bacon Hashbrown bowl! It’s the best.”)

So, I thought, what would I want to see from my favorite bands? Well, a blog is nice. Behind the scenes and ‘making of footage, definitely. Demos and alternate mixes? Absolutely. Interviews? Sure. Viral Tik Tok dances? Not so much.

So that’s where it’s at folks. Stuff that I hope you’ll enjoy and get something out of. I can’t thank you enough for subscribing, and I will do my best to make it worth the subscription fee.
